Make All Links Open To A “Hosted By” Window
A question was asked on a forum that I frequent regarding the ability to change all links to open a window that shows “You clicked a link that is not part of http://xyz.com domain”. I felt that it was an easy issue to tackle, and created a small script that does this for you. Check it out at this demo page, and download it at this download link.
All you have to do in order to use the script is to insert this code <javascript type=”text/javascript” src=”newwindow.js”></script> between the <head> and </head> tags in your html page. You will also need to copy the 2 files into the same directory as the web page, then you’re done. Edit the php file to show the text that you want, and that’s it.
